  Disappointed. Ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp and asked for extra sautéed mushrooms and onions and got about 5 extra slices of raw onions and a few slices of raw mushrooms. The plate was brought to me warm ( not sizzling like it should be). The potatoes were hotter that needs anything else. The chicken was overcooked and warm like it had been sitting for a while. Won't return anytime soon.

  Applebee's is good for what you use it for, a quick meal that is a little overpriced but will most likely find something for eveyone. Had the mashed potatoes and beef tips, beef over cooked and tough rest was alright.

  I left a 1-star review before because we were not treated well at that time. I later visited several times and was served good. Now I change it to 5-star because I felt very comfortable with the service and food tonight. The waitress was very nice and professional. I hope Applebee's will keep this way of doing business, treating every customer patiently and equally. By the way, Applebee's dishes are always among the best.
